An ancient eighth-century temple on the banks of the river Manimala, featuring Pallava-style architecture and some of Kerala’s earliest stone sculptures. The main deity is Lord Shiva, with a three-foot high ‘Shivalinga’ carved from rock, alongside idols of Ganapathy, Maharshi, and Dwarapalakas.
